The third confession in the New Testament is the believer’s confession of his sins when he is out of fellowship with God (1 John 1:9). That broken fellowship many times may cause sickness, because in James the Bible said, “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, THAT YE MAY BE HEALED.. .” (James 5:16).
